Applying for NSP 2 Funding from HUD - Thursday, July 02, 2009

Committee Vacancies on the Historical Commission, Building Authority and the EDC - Tuesday, June 09, 2009

The township has openings on three different committees.  The first is on the Historical Commission.  There are three terms up for renewal.  There are two terms up for renewal on the Building Authority and there is one term up for renewal on the Economic Development Corporation.  Interested individuals should complete an Application for Appointment.  To read more on these openings please click here.

Passport News You Can Use - Wednesday, March 05, 2008


On June 1, 2009, the U.S. Government will implement full requirements of the land and sea phase of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. The proposed rules require most U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports to have a passport, passport card, or other travel document approved by the Department of Homeland Security.

Children: U.S citizen children under the age of 16 will be able to present the original or copy of their birth certificate, or other proof of U.S. citizenship such as a naturalization certificate or citizenship card.

Groups of U.S. citizen children ages 16-18, when traveling with a school or religious group, social organization, or sports team, will be able to enter under adult supervision with originals or copies of their birth certificates or other proof of citizenship.  For more information go to http://travel.state.gov.
